Return and Refund Policy

 Return Procedure:
Call our customer service department at (419)885-8774. You will be given a return authorization number.
Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip AND the return authorization number with the returned merchandise. This will assist us in providing better service in crediting your account correctly. Please also include the contact name of the person making the return and daytime phone number.
Wrap packages securely, and ship to the address below.
